«relax caraibico»
All'interno di una area turistico-residenziale ben tenuta e protetta, ha una bella spiaggia con ombrelloni di paglia, piscine basse più che altro per bambini o conversazione, un bar accessibile da piscina con tavolini in acqua - abbiamo apprezzato il mojito caraibico; avevamo una camera bella con due letti queen size ed un buon sistema di condizionamento silenzioso, frigorifero, terrazzino con jacuzzi che non abbiamo utilizzato palestra bene attrezzata ottime colazioni, la domenica a buffet appena fuori dall'hotel una bella area con ristorantini e locali, per passare una piacevole serata senza prendere l'auto
tra piscine e mare non è possibile nuotare in quanto è tutto molto basso forse per la stagione bassa ma l'agenzia interna che offre servizi era poco attiva e fornita

La posizione davanti alla spiaggia è molto comoda, con lettini privati per gli ospiti. La piscina è bella, ma non l'abbiamo usata. La colazione varia e abbondante. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la jacuzzi. Comodo anche il centro "watersports" dove abbiamo potuto partecipare a immersioni e chiedere consigli per lo snorkeling.
La struttura è effettivamente un po' vecchia, con una tendenza a esagerare con l'aria condizionata. Il personale non sempre parla un buon inglese. La piscina tende a sporcarsi molto, soprattutto quella interno al bar. Tutto sommato, il prezzo è un po' alto.

«ASSOLUTAMENTE NO»
L'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel è lo spazio esterno, per il resto è un enorme NO. Nonostante la piscina sia bella da vedere, l'acqua è molto sporca e torbida ed è palese che non viene pulita.
Camere talmente umide che se fai una doccia rimane l'acqua nell'aria per due giorni come fosse una sauna turca e gli specchi sono rimasti appannati fino addirittura al giorno successivo, c'è MUFFA sulle pareti e un odore assolutamente sgradevole anche prenotando una suite. Sia nel rubinetto che nella doccia una volta aperti, l'acqua non scende e rimangono otturati. La prenotazione era prevista e visibile si booking con vista piscina, una volta entrati in camera abbiamo subito notato che non c'era alcuna vista sulla piscina ma che era un balcone in mezzo a milioni di piante pieno di insetti. Abbiamo fatto notare il tutto in reception e ci è stato praticamente detto che non era vero nulla e addirittura che non vi era nessun problema con le tubature. Ovviamente ci hanno negato il cambio stanza, non hanno nemmeno voluto controllare perché in loro opinione la nostra era la camera com vista piscina come previsto da prenotazione incolpando booking per la dicitura errata, ho fatto notare a booking il tutto inviado foto, mi hanno risponsto che la camera ha correttamente la vista piscina. Allego la foto della "VISTA PISCINA" e lascio a voi le conclusioni su questi truffatori. Una cosa fastidiosa è che il personale chiede costantemente soldi extra come mancia, anche quando avete già pagato profumatamente per il tutto incluso. Letti di bassa qualità, pulizia davvero scarsa.
